Today my ongoing typological investigation into the vanity license plates of Southwestern Ohio focuses on all creatures great and small. I&#8217;m a cat person, so we&#8217;ll start with cats and HLO KTTY.  Moving right along, we&#8217;ve got BARECAT, KITNBUS, UCBRCT [I know, I know, this is a school spirit reference, but it's a cat one as well]:
