The clean up continues

The playfield is now cleaned and polished. It still has the swirl marks but it is clean and shiny. It will be a players machine. Maybe one day I'll come across a NOS playfield and make it really sharp. The cabinet is another matter still though. It has some scuff marks on it and any really scrubbing removes paint so that's out. I have paint coming that should match the cabinet and the playfield so I'm hoping to improve it a little.

Now I just have to figure out how to do touch ups on the playfield. That's the scary part as I don't have a lot of artistic talent.  I'm going to give it my best shot though. I did find a neat trick I may try someday. You can use a see through scanner to scan parts of the playfield. Then fix the pictures up on the computer and make decals or maybe stencils with them.  Not sure how well it works but I'd bet it may just work.

Anyway that's it for now.
